SHEETS

We procure materials in the form of coils and sheets, We use various grades such as MS, En19,En24,SS308 etc.

RODS

We have strict standards when it comes to our manufacturing process, and never settle for less. We’re constantly innovating and improving to meet the latest needs of our clients, and do whatever it takes to ensure complete satisfaction. We use materials such as Ms, 16MnCr5, SAE1080 etc tailored to fit the customer needs

LASER CUTTING

Laser cutting is mainly a thermal process in which a focused laser beam is used to melt material in a localised area. A co-axial gas jet is used to eject the molten material and create a kerf. A continuous cut is produced by moving the laser beam or workpiece under CNC control. Laser provides good quality products by achieving accurate dimensions

MACHINING

 Day in and day out, we work hard to make sure our standards not only remain, but are continuously pushed higher. We use CNC and VMC machines to produce high quality and high accuracy parts as per the requirements of the customers

TOOLING

Effective tooling ensures that manufactured products function properly, extends the product lifecycle, and makes for a higher quality product overall. We’re constantly innovating and improving to meet the latest needs of our clients, and do whatever it takes to ensure complete satisfaction.

HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC PRESSING MACHINE

For years, we’ve been proud to be recognized as the pioneers in our industry. To stay on top, we’ve beefed up our production capabilities though our series of hydraulic and pneumatic pressing machines of capacity ranging from 20 ton to 400 ton.

WELDING

We produce products such as heavy pitch chains that are often accompanied with attachments as per customer needs, In order to provide a strong product to perform in though environment we resort to MIG welding and stress relieving process for the long life of the products.

QUALITY STANDARD ROOM

Our Standard room consists of Rockwell hardness testers, UTM, Profile projector etc.
